Meet our FURst ever Lend-A-Paw Medical Grant Awardee, Sophia!
Sophia is a cutie pie that is in desPAWrate need of surgery on her torn ACL.
The ACL is a muscle that binds your femur to your shin bone. Can you imagine how difficult life would be on a day-to-day basis if this important tissue was out of order?
Sophia’s mama, Michelle, has worked diligently to fundraise for this procedure, and before receiving the Lend-A-Paw grant, she was 90% of the way to her goal!
Sophia and Michelle are an excellent example of how teamwork is the answer. Other non-profits across the nation have come together to support this doggo including Potter League, Companion Animal Foundation, and Paws 4 a Cure; we are overjoyed to be the final stepping stone in getting this gal the care she needs.

Nipsey is now old enough for beginner behaviorally classes!!
He’s starting in March and will undergo doggo boot camp to become the best pup PAWsible.
His owner, Marquis, is so thankful for our continued support to ensure that it’s a successful lifelong match.
