Meet Boss, our “Super Doggo of the Week.”
If he looks familiar, last week we sent out a community-wide “Dogg-O-Lert” looking for a “foster-to-adopt” home for this sweet boy in the Salt Lake City area.
It is a VERY difficult placement with very specific needs.
Despite of our best efforts, we have yet to find this kid a new home ☹️.
The good news? He did go to a temporary foster home while we keep looking. Boss is SAFE!
Along the way something AMAZING happened…something we NEVER could have predicted!
Hooman Heroes from across the land wrote us back with offers to adopt dogs in the future! West Virginia, Florida, Oregon…and on and on.
A virtual wave of doggo-saving love swept across the Country!
We, of course, passed those names along to Cara at The Underdog Railroad who will add them to her database and reach out when she has dogs to place in the areas where these Hooman Heroes live.
THIS is why Boss, hands down, deserves to be the We Love Doggos Super Doggo of the Week. He’s a Doggo saving other Doggos!
That being said, we still want to find Boss the FUR-ever home he deserves.
